The fifth grade class from Guadalupe Elementary in Excelsior, San Francisco (near where Jerry was raised), recently created a beautiful tile mosaic mural of Jerry. The project was sponsored by the Community ArtReach Program of the MMG Foundation which works in San Francisco to put art programs into deserving schools. Last November, the Jerry Garcia Estate raised over $35,000 for the foundation at a San Francisco City Hall Art Auction. The newest Pure Jerry release is now available: Warner Theatre: March 18, 1978.
